Oregano isn’t just for making delicious tomato sauces. It’s also fabulous in arrangements. I love mixing herbs with flowers both outside and in a vase. Plain Greek oregano has a great white mop of tiny white flowers at the tip and if you can find Hopley’s purple oregano, it’s a great one too. It was also a symbol of joy during Victorian times.  On a side note, if you are into watching British gardening shows, then you might find yourself calling it “oraghano.”
