HOW WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS WORK
Sage Moose Flower Farm can provide flowers for weddings and special events throughout Central Texas. Cities include, but are not limited to: Stephenville, Hico, Dublin, Brownwood, Waco, Lingleville, Morgan Mill, Bluff Dale, Cleburne, Granbury, Weatherford, Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Temple, Mineral Wells, Comanche, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions
Brides and grooms can choose the color scheme and style of the floral provided, but actual flower material and greenery used will be determined by availability and will be in-season selections.
We require a $250 minimum that must include the bridal bouquet.
Deposit of half the total amount will be due 3 months prior to the wedding or special event. Final payment is due 30 days before the event date.
We accept checks payable to Sage Moose Flower Farm, cash, or PayPal.
Because our flowers are grown on our farm, we will make any substitutions based on availability and freshness, keeping within the specific color palette. (Sage Moose Flower Farm promises to have the couple’s best interest at heart!)
Our flowers are available during the traditional growing season–from March through October. Occasionally we will have blooms in the shoulder months of February and November, depending on the weather that year.
We do not offer full-service set up and installation. Flowers from Sage Moose will be delivered to an agreed-upon location at an agreed-upon time. Any installations, floral placements at the venue or decorating outside of provided floral will be up to the client.
Flowers will arrive ready to use. The only thing you will need to do is keep them out of the direct sun and heat as long as possible and top-off the water in the vase (if you receive your flowers the day before the event).
Any changes must be submitted in writing via email or in person 30 days prior to the event date and will be subject to price changes.
By signing the contract, you agree to the non-refundable deposit.
